What?

A 6 hour weightlifting seminar, hosted by the team from the Chinese weightlifting specialists, DNT Weightlifting Coaches. We will be diving into the intricacies of the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch, spending 3 hours on each movement, with a break in between for lunch. All levels are welcome to attend and learn.

Lunch, snacks and coffee will be available for purchase on site.
